UKG Bryte: UKG is rolling out its Agentic AI technology in the form of AI Agents. AI Agents help complete complicated, multi-step processes such as executing multiple disconnected tasks in the employee promotion process (Promotion Agent), to identifying impacts of new tax regulations and helping modify configurations to maintain compliance (Continuous Compliance Agent). More AI Agents are available, and others are in development to address various use cases.
UKG Pro Talent Marketplace: AI-powered talent management is geared to address both the internal marketplace and available external candidates. It looks to help internal resources have a broader view of available opportunities within the organization, helping them position themselves better, while helping hiring managers by identifying these possible candidates. Talent Connect aims to ensure appropriate staffing levels are met by connecting employers to external, qualified candidates who favor flexibility, allowing them to choose where and when to work with regards to scheduling gaps.
UKG One View Direct: In addition to its One View Connect offering, which helps harmonize global payroll through real-time data and insights, One View Direct allows organizations to bring in their own in-country providers or use one from UKG’s network of certified payroll service providers.
UKG Ready: Bryte AI is also available in UKG Ready. It includes Job Genius and Interview Guide, which help build job descriptions and suggest a series of relevant interview questions for the targeted role. This saves valuable time for the hiring manager.
