What differentiates Zoho Recruit from other similar products?
Zoho Recruit stands out from the competition because it offers greater visibility for all job offers, you can create a new candidate search ad and automatically send this offer to sites like Facebook or recruitment portals, to increase the reach of this offer. It offers a more complete recruitment system, while other platforms only focus on searching and communicating with candidates, Zoho Recruiter offers more advanced features to follow up on a candidate until the final hiring of this candidate.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Customizable templates, with which you can create new job offers that are more attractive to people online, you can also create personalized emails for each candidate, either for sending individual interviews or direct communication. Thanks to the integration with video call platforms, it allows you to schedule a new interview attached to each candidate, and you can run these interviews online to select the right candidate. Creation and sending of questionnaires to candidates, this allows us to choose the candidate with the best knowledge bases depending on the job they are applying for.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoho Recruit's lower plans do not have access to most of the most important features for candidate management, as they offer fewer template options, less comprehensive reporting, limits on interview scheduling, and more. Talent management is very limited, missing many talent management features that are necessary to continuously track the work that a newly hired candidate has done.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My recommendation is that all users should use a high-end, paid Zoho Recruit plan in order to use most of the beneficial features for candidate sourcing and hiring management. I do not recommend using the basic plans of this platform, as they will experience many limitations in being able to conduct an interview, search, and hire of new candidates.

The option to personalize procedures is one of the reasons I enjoy Zoho Recruit, and its smooth interaction with programs like Gmail and LinkedIn makes it quite practical.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I suggest Zoho Recruit because it is flexible and makes it possible to effectively handle hiring procedures, from posting job offers to monitoring applicants, enhancing the efficiency of the HR department.

What differentiates Zoho Recruit from other similar products?
From user-friendly automation to perform repetitive tasks with great efficiency, and its AI features as well now makes it quite a unique product in the market. I would say its definitely a value for money product where you get more than what you are paying for it, The most outstanding thing is where it automatically connects with its Zoho ecosystem and this integration reduces your work burden by half by bringing everything in one place for you.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This product comes with range of features out of which the most highlighted one is the automation feature where it automates the overall procedure for the recruiter. From posting jobs to go through resumes and then sorting and tracking candidates all by itself via a automated procedure which only left the recruiters with the strategic decision making in the end. Another great feature is where it allows the integration with the other zoho apps for us and we can integrate all of them together and produce more reliance in our work..
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its user-interface definitely needs to be worked on. The dashboard is cluttered and really hard to navigate through so it needs some work to align most of the majorly used features. Plus it is only suitable so far for the small scale organizations or where you have to deal with few candidates required for a specific role.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would definitely advise the recruiters to first use a trial of this product and see if it fits well according to your organization needs or not. Or else you can always optimize this tool right according to your needs. Keeping it integrated with other platforms such as LinkedIn or Indeed will definitely produce fruitful results for you. And in the end keep this thing in mind it works efficiently for small to medium scale organization but the part where you have to handle a lot of data scrambling it needs some effort from your side as well then,
