Costs a lot, but the rewards are worth it.

What differentiates TriNet HR Platform from other similar products?
Trinet is more expensive than using gusto or adp, but it gives you access to better care plans, which is what makes it worth it. We are a small consulting company and could never pay for these united healthcare and aetna plans on our own. Because our benefits plan is just as good as theirs, we can compete with the big four firms for new hires.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how many plans are offered. They can pick from a lot of different networks and fees to find the best one for their family. I also like the scheme that gives employees extra benefits. The extra money we get off of gym passes and movie tickets is nice, and our team does use it. The whole process of signing up is done online, with no paper involved.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be a surprise when management fees go up every year. We have to negotiate hard every renewal season to keep our costs the same, and they aren't always very open with the prices.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Trinet is the way to go if your plan to hire people depends on providing high-quality health insurance. Just know that you will have to pay more to get those big group rates.

Compatibility with plugins and external tools. Incredible technical support, hosting limitations, cost and ease of use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Excellent cost, uses a web interface, mobile apps, third-party sync to integrate payroll and benefits data with accounting systems and payroll apps.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Relatively high cost and limitation of hosting and plugins.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is compatible with numerous web services, giving users a wealth of integration options.

What differentiates TriNet HR Platform from other similar products?
Employees can use their benefits with the help of Zenefits without contacting HR. Having to fill out forms, send emails, or use Slack to communicate about pretty routine concerns like payroll, address changes, time off requests, and insurance coverage is unquestionably lessened. Because of this, I can easily access everything I need, whenever I need it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I adore the HRIS's look and design, and I can always count on it to provide me with the tools and functions I require when I need them. I frequently use the business intelligence function. The Compliance Assistant that Zenefits created is incredibly helpful and essential to my job.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Terrible customer service, a lack of integration, and the system's inability to function Poor integration capabilities, retirement deductions aren't documented or collected; payroll information doesn't flow from employees to real pay runs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I want to thank Zenefits first of all. That was a fantastic tool for the job. It has several advantages for us. It satisfies all of our organizational needs, and we believe it is the ideal option for your business. I urge you to use this fantastic tool. It's satisfactory to us.
