Great data, simple to use - "the" biz network

What differentiates Sales Navigator from other similar products?
It's one of a kind really. Even competitors like Xing have fallen by the wayside. If people you want to get hold of aren't on LinkedIn, then they're probably not out there.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being able to build up prospecting lists and quickly analyse TAM SAM SOM of markets based on multiple criteria (geo, demo, size, FTEs, revenue, industry, etc) is invaluable when deciding whether to go after a particular market or not. The ability to link the people in those organisations to your CRM and pull the data across cannot be underestimated in terms of time saved. Even better, seeing updates on what prospects are up to being pushed at you allows you to quickly change tack and interact in a more effective way with them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The analytics for usage of your own teams are pretty weak, almost an after thought for the product. I'd like to see more than just 'top 5' users, senders of inmails etc. Inmails sent from outside Sales Nav aren't included in the usage stats... tightening up this analytics would help drive more usage and therefore value from the product, especially given it's per seat cost.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you've got a really good roll out plan to your end users for this platform. I've seen too many times an organisation get excited about going for Sales Nav, and an initial burst of usage by the sales teams - then after a couple of months, interest wanes except within a hardcore group. Getting *everyone* to keep using and engaging is the way forward.

Additionally, its real-time insights and updates about leads and accounts enhance relationship-building opportunities, setting it apart from generic CRM tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Sales Navigator is its tailored lead recommendations. The algorithm analyzes your saved leads and preferences to suggest potential prospects that fit your ideal customer profile. This feature saves time (so important especially if you're a solopreneur) and increases efficiency by highlighting opportunities you may not have discovered otherwise. The InMail messaging feature allows direct communication with prospects, even if you're not connected on LinkedIn (not 1st degree connections), which can be a game-changer for outreach.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most about Sales Navigator is the pricing structure. It can be quite high compared to other lead generation tools. For smaller businesses or individual users, the cost may be a bit challenging. Some users may find the interface slightly overwhelming due to the abundance of features and options - so there is a learning curve.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For someone considering Sales Navigator, I recommend taking advantage of the free trial to explore its features and determine if they align with your sales strategy. When you start the trial, make sure you have blocked out time to actually get to learn it and use it. Watching training videos beforehand, so you'll be able to start quickly.

It's a great product, but do need more improvement

What differentiates Sales Navigator from other similar products?
For me, it's the ability to do an in-depth generation of leads across profiles on LinkedIn and automatically generate leads that fit into the demographics and interest you need.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of this product is the search tool feature. It's very interesting that i have to type the lead I'm looking for and go across each of their profiles.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike the subscription price model. I know this product was made specifically for organizations and professor sales executives, but honestly, the price should be affordable for those starting out in sales and cannot afford it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend they take advantage of their free trial and get to analyse if the product is a fit for their need.
