What differentiates Microsoft 365 Copilot AI Agents from other similar products?

First and very most important thing is that it's keeps company data private, secure and meets company regulations. Customisation of features to meet specific organisation requirements & follow strict policies, is highly appreciated. Focused on productivity by automating tasks, analysing data trends is very helpful in continuous improvement. Better integration with other products of Microsoft such as Excel, word etc. Interaction feels very natural and comforting. Basically it connects the overall microsoft 365 eco system to give above benefits and to have engaging and meaningful experience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As I am working in an organisation, I believe that organisation data privacy, security and following policy is very important which it has and also appreciable feature is customisation to specific organisation requirements.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Needs to improve the learning process of the platform, gives varying quality of output sometimes, misunderstands the user intention sometimes and some times training is required

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

First of all know that there is such platform specially for corporate employees is very essential and spread the good experience of it and use all features of the platform along with taking training from the concerned team

What differentiates Microsoft 365 Copilot AI Agents from other similar products?

We chose to use Microsoft, and didn't go the route of building something in python or hiring external development that would be incredibly costly, since we already have Office E5. We did not need to go for a huge 6 monthly security audit as our security team of Gurgaon instantly approved it, as it automatically honors our current security data rules of the company. It doesn't charge us an extra fee for each query as other tools do in order to connect to our SQL databases.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is quite useful when our sales team requires to retrieve old technical drawings. Previously, it took many hours out of our time looking through cluttered folders – now the bot does that in less than $10$ seconds. It saves at least USD 12 hours on each of our proposal by just composing the basic answers to our team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sync delay with my cell and the app's size are the most annoying things. Usually on hybrid days, when working from my home office in Pune, I find that the background data syncing consumes a lot of bandwidth which slows down my home router even if my internet connection is less than 2 MBPS.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your company is already 100% on Teams and has someone who is their IT admin for duties, go and obtain this. If you're a small consulting firm using simple folders and spreadsheets, however, this is a bit excessive and difficult to set up.
