It ease our daily task

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It helps in risk management and compliance. This software makes our work accurate and help us to assess the risk involved in money laundering and transaction monitoring domains

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing specific to dislike the product but yeah it would like to suggest to the team to add more features and tools related to fraud domain as well so that we can easily catch the fraudulent activity on merchant’s account because it will take lesser time compared to the current AHT we use in completing a case.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I’d highly recommend this software to the people working in KYC domains
