What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Klaviyo is its powerful segmentation feature. This feature allows for highly personalized and targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with specific customer groups.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Klaviyo is that its pricing can get a bit steep as your list grows, which might be a hurdle for smaller businesses. But the value it offers often makes it worth it!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Klaviyo from other similar products?

The biggest difference between Klaviyo and other ESPs is its native integration with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and BigCommerce, which allows creating powerful, highly segmented and smartly automated campaigns with increased revenues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite thing about Klaviyo is its visual flow-builder interface and pre-made e-commerce campaign templates that help in setting up and launching campaigns that drive massive revenues in only a few hours. Everything is very user-friendly and does not require any technical expertise.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The biggest downside of using Klaviyo is that it gets expensive as your subscriber list grows.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My advice to someone looking to buy this product is to invest in list hygiene practices because one is billed based on active profiles. One should actively remove unsubscribed and inactive contacts from their distribution lists.
