What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the real-time visibility across inventory, production, and logistics combined with strong integration with Microsoft tools like Power BI and Teams, which helps our operations team make faster and more data-driven decisions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While the platform offers strong functionality, some reporting and advanced workflow customization can feel complex for non technical users, particularly during the initial setup phase.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Begin with standard features before adding customizations, involve operational teams during setup, and ensure data quality before migration. This helps reduce implementation complexity and improves adoption across supply chain functions.
