The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. What differentiates Copper from other similar products?
I had used some much more robust custom CRM product prior to Copper, but Copper offers some fairly decent functionality for smaller businesses to implement and track sales and marketing campaigns.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Email marketing is simple to set up, send, and track.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We have never been able to confirm that the Unsubscribe link automatically included in the email template actually works, and Copper Customer Service has not been very helpful with this. We also have some issues with slowness related to email integration, which Copper has not been able to resolve. While it would be helpful to access Copper from within email, we generally have this turned off because it slows down our email functionality. We are not a large company,, so I can't believe that the number of companies/contacts in Copper should be an issue.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is definitely not for larger companies, but smaller companies may find the capabilities to be very helpful with sales and marketing. Copper is fairly intuitive for those who do not have previous experience with CRM, and there are plenty of online tools and videos to assist with more complicated functionality.
