Constant Contact keeps track of my audience and helps me categorize them for different types of emails.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automations keep a personal touch while removing manual tasks from your to-do list. Welcome, re-engage, and follow up with the people who matter to you.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I've had a very positive experience. The help desk was able to respond to some of my questions pretty quickly, I like the functionality and my emails look good.

Constant Contact has been our go-to platform for managing email marketing campaigns for over 10 years, and it has consistently proven to be reliable. Creating and sending bi-weekly newsletters and eblasts to our clients is simple and efficient.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Constant Contact combines website builder, landing pages creation, WYSIWYG editor with marketing automation capabilities in one place.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It excels in handling various groups/lists and large numbers of contacts. I've dealt with companies with a vast customer base, and Constant Contact enables you to manually eliminate subscribers and errors from more extensive groups/lists.

What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?

This platform is the preferred one within my company because of the ease with which I can massively manage emails for subscribers, run campaigns and apply strategies that work to have more visibility on social networks. So in general it makes it easier for me to spread information to different contacts already defined depending on the potential clients we are looking for. The best of all is that it does not require tedious installations, everything is based on the web, just a few clicks are enough to manage all email communication.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The variety of functions offered by this platform makes me want to continue using it as an email marketing tool. I like the way in which you can manage contacts and schedule emails depending on the clients already defined. It also has tools that allow you to have a greater number of followers on social networks thanks to the campaigns that can be done on this platform. The configuration of this platform is completely simple, it does not require previous knowledge other than common sense since the interface is very intuitive for people who create campaigns and do email marketing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I find the creation of templates a bit limited, even more so when the templates that Constant Contact has are scarce. It is essential for me to have a large number of options available when creating templates since we generally handle different email formats which are not always based on the same template base. I find customer service to be very deficient in problem solving, it is essential to improve response times and provide better solutions since it is frustrating to have to rely on external sources to be able to fix a problem that this platform should already do for the simple fact of paying a subscription.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try out the tools it offers first to understand the integrations you want to achieve with the platforms you already use, since email automation combined with campaigns is a must. But in my opinion, this platform is very useful, even more so when it comes to the reports it generates to fine-tune marketing campaigns and make them more effective over time.
