Its intuitive builder is user-friendly, making it easy for us to produce outclass and mobile-responsive emails regardless of our technical capabilities. Another similar platform usually offers complex interfaces, whereas Campaign Builder simplifies the complex designing process while preserving the standards of functionality. It focuses on personalization and powerful automation features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It offers detailed segmentation capabilities by helping us to generate targeted segments constructed on customized data, the behavior of customers, and their demographics to make sure that every email resonates with its customers. It also assists in the automation of different workloads including post-purchase follow-ups and cart recoveries. It is my favorite due to its easiness, powerful automation, and personalized capabilities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It lacks in having less comprehensive CRM capabilities as it does not facilitate pre-built CRM involving the need for third-party integration in the case when we are relying on inbound marketing for our campaigns. This results in increased complexity.

My favorite feature of Campaign Monitor is its email builder which is intuitive. This feature is very helpful for marketers having limited knowledge about coding. They can make very appealing emails with the help of this feature.
