What differentiates Zoho Sprints from other similar products?

Zoho Sprints operates on the principles of agile scrum methodology, allowing us to focus on tasks within a defined sprint timeline. This tool proves to be a lifesaver when the pressure of project development becomes overwhelming, as it provides a clear overview and ensures transparency between the development team and project owners. It also offers the flexibility to alter any task during its development phase. Moreover, managing several projects simultaneously and keeping track of their progress becomes a breeze with Zoho Sprints, which makes it better than other tools

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoho Sprints is a user-friendly Agile tool that comes with all the essential features needed to operate a basic Agile Scrum team within the Scrum project management framework. It's specifically designed for Agile-Scrum practices and includes all the necessary functionalities to manage requirements and monitor team activities. Unlike other renowned project management tools, it's not overly complex or feature-laden. It's an ideal choice for small to medium-sized teams or organizations looking to quickly adopt the Agile tool and process without any complicated setup or configuration. Given its competitive pricing, it's a preferred choice for us

What do you dislike most about this product?

Glitchy: Glitches appear, disappear, and then reappear. One of the most frustrating is when notifications for comments on a specific story arrive days later. These are notifications, something you're supposed to receive instantly. But that's not the case with Zoho Sprints. Another issue is the clunky operation of the user interface. Moving items on the kanban board from one status column to another can sometimes be impossible or require unusual mouse movements to place them where you want.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As a scrum master or project manager, it's worth giving this a shot. Over the years, I've utilized Jira and Axosoft, but they tend to become complicated rapidly. Interestingly, around 85% of our projects don't necessitate the intricacy these tools bring to the table. However, for those projects that do demand such complexity, Zoho Sprints proves to be flexible enough to accommodate our needs.
