It allows me to send standardized contracts—like vendor agreements or event waivers—to multiple recipients in one go.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While it works for simple contracts, customizing layouts for branding purposes (like adding logos or unique fonts) feels clunky and limited compared to Adobe Sign.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you’re handling multiple contracts and already use Zoho apps, Zoho Sign is a natural fit. Even if you don’t, the standalone functionality is solid. Start by digitizing frequently used agreements, like NDAs or vendor contracts, to maximize efficiency.

It is an excellent tool that facilitates legal processes, you can sign several documents with a single click, for example, sign the payroll of your collaborators or a set of payment orders through your email, and you can integrate it with other platforms such as Microsoft team.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With the electronic signature, the time consumed is less since documents can be assigned instantly online.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The quality of their signatures is high, similar to that of physical signatures. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For added security, you can try it free for 14 days.
