What differentiates Zoho Assist from other similar products?
It's having a very longer trial period of 14 days to test the solution before making a purchase
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's first and with intruitive user interface which is essentially easier to navigate around the tool especially during a recording
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoho assist is too slow to initiate a new session meeting remotely as requires instructions
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho assist is good for remote assistance especially for technical cases but it can be expensive to use

What differentiates Zoho Assist from other similar products?
Zoho Assist is different from other similar product because it is super affordable compared to other remote support tools, and it doesn’t need heavy setup. Great for small IT teams or freelancers who help clients remotely.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is the unattended access. I can jump into a client’s system without waiting for them to be online, which makes fixing stuff way faster.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most is the screen-sharing quality isn’t always smooth, it can lag a lot if the internet isn’t strong. Also, the mobile app feels clunky.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend if you need a budget-friendly tool for remote support, Zoho Assist is worth it. But if you’re supporting big enterprises and need super high performance, you might outgrow it fast.
