Provides a clearly detailed view of the software usage and its entitlements and this helps avoid overspending thus cost control

Configuration is very complex and the learning curve is also steep

Asset and license information is directly useful when handing tickets, changes or incidents which makes daily support work smoother. It doesn't feel like a separate management only tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Instead of maintaining manual spreadsheets the data is already there and easy to understand. This makes handing audits, renewals and user requests much less stressful and saves a lot of time in day to day support work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Without proper training some reports and dashboards can feel overwhelming. It's a powerful tool but it does have a learning curve which can slow things down initially for IT support teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to clear license visibility, less manual tracking and better support workflows just be ready for some initial learning and setup effort.
