UIPath uses goal driven agents which helped our organisation to achieve our yearly goals faster with less investment on other resources. It understands a business case and creates multiple tasks. Based on those tasks it performs reasoning Its a single tool which combines RPA, AI agents, and orchestration
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ability to combine goal driven AI agents into single orchestration. It also performs reasoning, adapt to changing scenarios, and make decisions
What do you dislike most about this product?
Complexity, cost, and learning curve. Licensing and infrastructure cost is at a higher side

Ensure you have a strong understanding of ai agents, strong governance and process clarity

What differentiates UiPath Agentic Automation from other similar products?
I think it stands out with its AI agents for autonomous multi-step workflows, strong attended/unattended robot orchestration, and easy low-code integration with enterprise systems like SAP. Unlike Automation Anywhere or Microsoft Power Automate, it excels in complex process mining and scalability for large dev teams.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of UiPath agentic automation tool is its AI agents handling multi-step workflows autonomously which saves tons of time on repetitive tasks, with strong orchestration and low-code bots that integrate smoothly into our daily automation pipelines.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I didn't like UiPath agentic automation's steep learning curve the most—configuring AI agents for custom logic involves way too much trial and error, and the debugging tools aren't intuitive at all, which slows down our automation rollout significantly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I really recommend this UiPath agentic automation for its powerful AI agents handling complex workflows autonomously. Start with a POC on simple processes, invest in training for custom selectors, and pair it with Orchestrator for scaling , it's greta for boosting effficeny as a developer

Capability to cover the long of automation and unstructured complex workflows While RPA is strong for structured rule-based tasks, UiPath emphasise that automation handles the unpredictable, dynamic side document extraction, complex decision flows, multisystem orchestration these are the things that differentiate with others
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Humans in the loop where judgement and oversight or exception handling is needed also another part is It enable the busines function to work more and moreholistically
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some backoffice feature like versioning of agents and fine-grained permissions, are indicated as not currently supported in these some case
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Agents perform far better when they are provided with reliable and relevant enterprise context knowledge base, document indexes rules. Without that risks of incorrect decisions increase
