What differentiates Trustwave Secure Email Gateway from other similar products?

Trustwave is admin friendly and provides tools for the management of emails e.g. Whitelisting, Blacklisting, Custom Policy, integration with other security tools. Email log investigation . Support Domain keys identified mail (DKIM) for improved security protection. We can configure gateway to take actions based on the DKIM validation results, such as quarantining or rejecting suspicious emails.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

URL Filtering Spam Profiler Antimalware Yara Analysis for deep investigation of attachments Business Email Compromise (BEC)

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometime Spam emails passes through the gateway and reached to user inboxes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use all modules and advance features of trustwave gateway like Sandboxing, Heuristic analysis, content based filtering , DKIM and SPF

What differentiates Trustwave Secure Email Gateway from other similar products?

The proofpoint email gateway is more advanced product and has a lot of modern features which are not available in Trustwave SEG

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The way the users can release their own spam email box in case of false positive,

What do you dislike most about this product?

The features are not up-to-date and the interface. The version i was using was only thick client and did not have any web UI.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is worthy of the cost for all the features it provides.

What differentiates Trustwave Secure Email Gateway from other similar products?

A wide range of security features is available, all of which are simple to use and integrate into applications. Database and email security features are far more comprehensive and powerful than most rivals. It offers excellent services and has a large user community available to answer questions about any issue.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

TrustWave's services appeal to me the most, as does the fact that they deal with a wide range of dynamic issues that span the whole value chain. The features range from process assistance to technology, all in a safe setting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I believe Trustwave provides excellent scalability options, but I believe one disadvantage is that it may be difficult to use for a non-technical professional. Compilation time is sometimes excessive and should be lowered. Firewall functionality must be made simpler and faster.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For one of the internal projects, Trust Wave was used as incident response management software. Trustwave assisted me and my team in developing effective architectures with fewer threats and more efficient processes.
