For large technical documents and CAD files, the file sharing system could be stronger. Complex search queries sometimes struggle to work correctly, and offline mode is not as advanced as in the online version.

Being Production Supervisor Engineer, Staffbase has changed the ways we run communication within the team. More recently, during a critical equipment maintenance project, the instant notification system on the platform had enabled us to coordinate rapid response teams and keep moving production along.
