What differentiates SOCI Social from other similar products?

I'd say SOCI takes a pretty comprehensive approach to managing social media. While some other platforms may only focus on just scheduling or just analytics, you can do it all on SOCI, making the process simplified and easy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that you can do so many things all in one place. Like scheduling posts, reviewing the engagement of those posts, and analyzes performances.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I feel like it was a bit of a learning curve to learn at first. It can be overwhelming, especially for new users. But once you get the hang of it, it's easier to understand.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take advantage of the training resources when you first start, it makes things easier to comprehend and you can utilize the platform to its full potential that way.
