SignEasy feels like a breath of fresh air in the world of document approvals and signatures. In a fast-paced marketing department, time is everything, and this tool has practically eliminated the lag we used to experience with contract sign-offs, vendor agreements, and internal approvals. It’s quick, reliable, and so user-friendly that even the least tech-savvy team members caught on right away.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A feature that’s been particularly helpful is document templates. Instead of uploading new documents every time, we’ve created reusable templates for standard agreements, like NDAs or marketing service contracts. The ease of sending these templates to multiple parties has drastically reduced the back-and-forth we used to endure. The notifications that track when a document is viewed or signed are also a lifesaver—no more guessing or chasing people down.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Limited in-app collaboration for documents that require multiple parties to make edits before signing.

SignEasy has been a massive productivity booster for our marketing team. The speed and efficiency it brings have allowed us to focus more on strategy and execution rather than logistics. It’s also been a green initiative for our company, reducing the need for printed contracts and saving countless hours previously spent on scanning and emailing documents.

We utilize Signeasy as a team and this makes smooth collaboration very important. Signeasy makes collaboration between myself and team members on electronic signing documentations as smooth as possible. All thanks to critical provisions like template sharing for consistent contracting practices , signer attachments, signing orders , signer attachments , sequential signing provisions and the list goes on.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I am in love with Signeasy's sequential signing provision. It allows me to automatically introduce signing sequences in situations where a document needs to be signed by multiple persons, in specific order. With this sequential signing provision, documents are simply sent and each individual gets automatically notified to sign the document, once its their turn to sign, with as little manual input from me as possible.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When documents are sent to emails and turn out undeliverable, there is no notification. This is the one thing I can criticize about Signeasy. In other ways, it has simply impressed me.

Signeasy makes it possible to create electronic signature collection workflows that involves as little manual input from I and my team members as possible.
