SAP Brings A Lot of Good Things To The Table!

What differentiates SAP Sales Cloud from other similar products?
I think the best thing I like is that we can see a holistic view of everything by the user, and it helps make those tasks we have to do that much easier. With Sales Cloud being a cloud based system, I also feel that it is easier to locate what we need to when we need to.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I think my favorite aspect of it is the frequent updates to make the product better. I think the average user of a product would be able to tell you the pros and cons of a product, but I like that SAP is proactive in trying to figure out how to make what they got much better and pushing those updates to us users.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think my least favorite part is how much I like using MS Word to go along with what I need to do, and it feels like SAP Sales Cloud and MS Word don't mix for me, which makes me do what I need to do a little different, which can be a pain. I feel that software should be able to accommodate how you are comfortable a little bit better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend having a deep discussion with the people who would use the software before going headfirst into the purchase. Not as a cautionary tale, but more along the lines of seeing what the users like about your current product and see how that lines up with this product. A lot of the times the users who may not have a say in the software they use can glean more insight into what is important to them.
