What differentiates Salesloft from other similar products?
Salesloft made tracking emails and calls a breeze, helped schedule appointments automatically or reschedule them seamlessly. Advanced analytics always gave us a clear and direct view of performance efficiency.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I loved Salesloft’s elegant dashboards that always gave us a smooth and integrated experience, its smart tools that facilitate personalized and collaborative communication. Its great shortcuts made sharing ideas and work between team members more effective and fast. I loved the feature of reviewing previous calls via the conversions tab, as it provides quick summaries that enhance the correct understanding of customer communication.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I thought using it might be a little confusing at first, but this is a natural part of the learning process. However, Salesloft always delivers in real-time without any complications.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Salesloft to boost your sales, it offers comprehensive analytics and features, ensuring a greater focus on achieving customer satisfaction.

Deals feature is hard to integrate with CRM and not totally reliable for our org
