Great workflow and automation capabilites

What differentiates Rewards Genius from other similar products?

Was the first product used for a workflow we had for giftcard payments and would love to use them more in the future.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zapier workflows Jotform filled out ---> google sheets ----> issue gift card.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Retrospectively looking back for a previously issued payment and its status. If you had great volumes going out this could take someone some time to locate. Surely all fields are indexed a better search would be welcomed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Support was great and multiple currency support is available. Do sometimes need to lean on support and top up from credit card can be a little slow which nearly impacted our delivery on an event so plan ahead
