What differentiates Raiser's Edge NXT from other similar products?

RE allows us to build constituent profiles and track relevant data. Constituents can be sorted into groups and communicate with channels.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is how much this program can do, it's just endless opportunities and things to learn every day.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I wish this could be more cost effective, especially for smaller schools. We have a large database because we are old - but are still a relatively small liberal arts catholic school. The cost is too high for our budget.

It is a WYSIWYG product - extremely intuiative.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Just the cost!

Spend time with Blackbaud people to let them explain all the functionality and do contact other users too.

What differentiates Raiser's Edge NXT from other similar products?

The main difference that I found or I would rather say unique to the Raiser's Edge is that it has this incredibly powerful analytics and this helps us track growth and decline in donations and the number of donors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product has to be the ease to use and the much time it saves in comparison to its competitor. The interface is easily navigatable and the information generated is so quick with no additional effort required to little to finalize the report.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not have anything as of now that I dislike but will continually keep looking for it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are in not for profit organization and need a tool to manage funds and donations than this is the software that will save you tons of time. This will increase your efficiency and save money.
