What differentiates Proposify from other similar products?
Proposify stands out from other proposal tools with its agency-focused design, interactive pricing tables, and detailed client engagement analytics that show exactly how prospects interact with proposals. The platform makes collaboration easy with approval routing and commenting, while its template library and onboarding support help teams create polished, on-brand proposals quickly. I especially love being able to add GIFs and videos, which bring my proposals to life and make them far more engaging. My favorite aspect of Proposify is how creative and engaging the proposals can be—I love being able to embed GIFs and videos that bring the content to life and capture attention in a way static documents can’t.

the cost, it's a bit of an investment.

Learn to use the templates to make your proposals quick and easy to use. Also, link it to your CRM so to flow your pipeline!

What differentiates Proposify from other similar products?
Proposify separates itself by turning proposals into interactive rehearsals. Not just closing tools. In logistics enablement, that is powerful. Reps learn value articulation while building proposals
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I see which sections prospects read. Where they linger. What they skip. I used that insight to redesign our cross-border service story after noticing buyers repeatedly stalling on compliance sections. Enablement adjusted messaging. Win rates followed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Proposify shines in presentation and interaction. It still needs Conga-like rigor for deeply technical freight contracts
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are considering Proposify, deploy it where storytelling drives buying. Mid-market. Strategic regional accounts. Then feed its engagement data back into your enablement engine
