Visionary product team. Solution geared towards the entire revenue suite, not just outbounding or just marketing or just sales leaders -- it's for everyone.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Intuitive and user friendly. Data analytics. Drives revenue efficiency. Enterprise grade.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing comes to mind

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's the best tool to out there and the most value is seen when there's a dedicated Platform Manager and content manager. Don't expect implementation to be successful if you're asking a sales leader/marketer/etc. to just add this to their workflow.

What differentiates Outreach from other similar products?

The ease of use of outreach helps the team to get ramp up quickly. Also it's one of the clean tool with respect to connection with CRM like salesforce. Also helps to retrieve call data and also record the calls.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The calling and email sequence features are the best. They help our team do ABM prospecting and help us generate interest through cold activities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The integrations with salesforce are not 100% true and needs manual intervention. Also incapabilities on API integration front which can be looked upon.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Not much, just have clear flow of data from outreach to CRMs

What differentiates Outreach from other similar products?

The ease of use and sequence visibility helps out a ton! I used Salesloft before and it does not compare to Outreach!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The layout is the main reason I am able to keep my prospects engaged, and keep the sequence streamline.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This could just be me, but we are unable to connect my Zoom number into outreach. Any inbound calls come in through Zoom and interrupts while I'm on a call in outreach. Maybe it's a specific integration but it's inconvenient

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product is an industry leader for a reason, I would highly recommend using outreach.
