The documentation needs to be improved, with more detailed information and images.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure that your company is big enought and has the budget for it. One Identity has the best PAM (Safeguard) and IAM (One Identity Manager) solutions on the market. For customizations it is the best, since the API allows to do a lot.

Clearly define your privileged access policies and inventory of sensitive accounts before deployment. This helps ensure smoother implementation and allows you to fully leverage features such as credential vaulting, session monitoring, and just in time access controls.
