What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations from other similar products?
Microsoft Dynamics 365 interface is user friendly being quite intuitive whether we are using for the first time and finds far above from the competitors by providing a knowledgeable support team, with basic training one can start using it. Integrates reasonably good with Microsoft outlook
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite aspect of the Dynamics 365 is it guides the sales reps through sales process and enables fairly quick quoting , presenting the customer with a quick quotation.Customisation is also easy and reporting looks great and customise with help of CRM Admin or Partner.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I’d like to see some improvements in terms of navigation layout, cost and performance.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Someone who is considering a good CRM tool which can guide through shared applications data and marketing automation can definitely consider this.The customer engagement tool which makes the business easy to generate campaigns and also automate the process of lead generation.
