A true reflection and feeling of using Loopio.

What differentiates Loopio from other similar products?
I think it was innovative at first launch but the road map has lacked and what was time saving it is not now. A significant level of effort is required to get gains from using the product.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Library is the strong selling point.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The entire rest of the product lacks innovation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would see all the competitors before making a decision. You also go through quite a few client success managers which lacks continuity.

What differentiates Loopio from other similar products?
Implementation of AI to improve RFx responses, interface and project collaboration, Dashboard data
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Dashboard, Library and Projects response search. I really like that is build around rhe idea of centralizing previous RFx responses to ease the response proceses. I've been a PreSales for almost 10y and this has been the most impactfull tool I've seen for RFx response. It has a lot of room to improve but the design intent of the tool is on point of a 'pain point' of the PreSales process
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think the UI/UX of library/project search could improve. Also when collaborating with multiple users pn a Project it is difficult to know if 2 or more people are working on the same question.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give it a chance but also take in mind that any new bussiness tool requires company culture adoption and change. Loopio is excellent but as internal stakeholders we must also educate collegues on the resourcefullness of this kind of tools.
