What differentiates Kantata from other similar products?

The process flow from time entry, marking milestone or annuities complete, allocating POs and creating an invoice is quick, straight forward, and trackable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The reporting is broad and it's easy to create a unique report or adjust existing reports to get exactly the data I need.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are some things, like gross margin, that are very difficult to accurately report on. Getting the data I need and knowing it's accurate is still a struggle.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Spend the time learning how to fully use the software. There are fantastic free training resources available that can result in certifications.

Many of the features lack the ability to customize which makes it difficult to integrate into our business processes

Clearly define you business processes first and ensure that your processes can be adapted to work within the way the system was designed.
