One of the most impressive features is the self-healing capabilities. For instance, we’ve set up automated responses for recurring endpoint issues, like printer connection errors. Ivanti detects the problem and resolves it without human intervention. It’s like having an extra IT team member working 24/7.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting module, while detailed, could use a bit more customization.

Ivanti Neurons for ITSM is a keeper. Its automatic incident detection and resolution capabilities are have come in handy in numerous occasions. it identifies recurring issues and creates a knowledge base article and resolve some problem automatically.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite features have to be the self healing capabilities. Its like having a mini IT tech on everyone's device. For instance, a common issue we faced was users running out of disk space. Ivanti neurons detects this and automatically cleans temporary file or suggest solutions even before we realize there is problem.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing I dislike that much.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Since deploying Ivanti neurons, our incidence response time have improved dramatically. I highly recommend giving Ivanti Neurons a shot.
