The customization is a huge win here.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really like how everything is in one place. I can see all customer details, what they like, and even past conversations. This makes it easy to know what’s going on and it helps me give customers better support and faster answers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The biggest downside is that it pretty expensive. Moreover the services are perfect.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want a CRM that is flexible and can grow with your company, Infor CRM is worth a try.
