What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the easy centralized management it lets me back up and restore multiple devices from one simple dashboard.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface can feel a bit dated or less intuitive compared to some competitors.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this product for businesses and IT teams that need secure, automated backups with centralized management and easy recovery options.

What differentiates IDrive 360 from other similar products?

I literally like this tool as a backup solution and now we can save the data of our company without any stress of losing it. It is a credible backup solution and the thing that is amazing is that it is quite swift as compared to other such backup solutions. we used Nova and we were simply unsatisfied with its productivity and overall speed of it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

IDrive Backup is inspiring and ideal for us as we needed a tool with great speed for making backups and with its encryption feature we feel protected and secure. Automated backups are time and effort-saving. The restoration is also easy plus its customer service is always there to support its users. backup compression is good and loves its scheduling feature as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I am quite uncertain about what to mention here since I am not facing any major problem as it is fulfilling its major function for which we bought this at our company. Although the unsatisfactory part is its charges which are quite outrageous but other than that it's going well with us.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Data backup is very essential and I don’t think I have to write its importance here since all business owners already know it so all I can say is that if someone is looking for a fast, quick, and automated backup solution that will work with responsibility then IDrive Backup is on top of that list for me.

What differentiates IDrive 360 from other similar products?

IDrive Online Cloud Backup includes support for external drives, unlike some of their competitors. IDrive also maintains up to 30 previous versions of all the files in your account, which has saved me from catastrophe on multiple occasions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Most cloud backup services provide a user-friendly client app that's fairly easy to configure and get the backups rolling. What sets IDrive apart from the competitors is the simplicity of restoring data, which works as you would expect it to - instead of forcing you to restore Zip files to alternate folders and other craziness that I've seen in competing services.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There really isn't anything to dislike about IDrive. It's an excellent service and their support has been great - although I've only had to contact them twice regarding account questions, never for technical support. When the software "just works", there's no need to contact them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just try it. IDrive usually offers very affordable first-year promotions, so there's nothing to lose. Of course, the cost will return to a more competitive amount after the first year, but it remains a good value.
