What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very flexible tool with the right package.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The most basic thing about a ticketing system: A Schedule to calculate FCR. I needs to be automated. There should be a base configuration system and keep automations for custom needs. Currently, everything needs to be driven with automations. Notifications as well!! I scheduled a training / Q&A session with a Hubspot expert and even their trainer admited the tool was less tailored for support or project management. It is, however, good to for sales management.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a good sales management tool, Hubspot is for you. If, like me, you are looking for an efficient support tool, better choices are available.

What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?

HubSpot Service Hub gives rise to the overall customer services by responding to customer queries timely. Many important characteristics one can experience in it which is not commonly available in others such as robust ticketing system, live chat functionality, knowledge-base services, Omni channel supports, integration with HubSpot CRM, and many more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

An insightful view of customer demands and feedback is a prerequisite for those who want to excel in their companies. Since I am using it, I get my desired results. It is a well-regarded customer service software. The facility of features such as knowledge-base service is something that inspired me a lot.

What do you dislike most about this product?

HubSpot Service Hub is extensive and advanced in some features but in some areas it lacks advancement and limitations. Such as talking about the customization options in the ticketing system is limited and when I suppose to fulfil complex needs, I find lack in it regarding SLA management and ticketing routes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

HubSpot Services Hub is a strong contender for companies seeking a well-rounded customer platform. It is well-integrated with marketing strategies and CRM.

These are my favorite aspect of this product.

HubSpot Marketing Hub is a robust and unified software designed to scale customer support and drive customer retention to fuel business growth. There is nothing as such to dislike about this product.
