Personally, I love how it ties social media managment directly to ypur CRM, allowing you to track how social interactions drive leads and sales.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One thing I dislike about HubSpot is the cost. While the features are robust, the higher-tier plans can be expensive, especially for small businesses or startups.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I´d recommend evaluating your specific needs and budget first since the higher-tier plans can get pricey.
