What differentiates Surfer from other similar products?

Daily operational tasks along with all related information are managed without inconvenience and the task to use the tool is made easier.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It seems the well-structured process helps much in operational team task management as it easily identifies simple task resolutions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Initial setup may take a little adjustment into existing operational frameworks given the complexity of the environment and operational habits.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Since I'm a Network Operations Manager it was of great help when it comes to managing routine network work with focus in a simple procedure, and the use of a quick accessed day to day operational service was more than what could expect.
