What differentiates Eracent IT Management Center from other similar products?

Eracent's breadth of features combined with the amount of information provided by the platform made it a successful deployment. The deployment model and its integration capabilities with other systems were a welcome surprise. The Eracent support team was outstanding. Their commitment to helping solve various issues as we implemented new features was very much appreciated.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to find any computer within our network and immediately pull up just about any information on that computer you could want.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integration with other systems is hard. It takes a certain amount of work to work through various issues. Many times issues involve permissions on other platforms such as AWS or Azure.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Two things: 1. Make sure you have a good understanding of your requirements before starting your implementation. 2. Make sure you have dedicated resources to work on the project.
