What differentiates Employment Hero from other similar products?

Humi has all the features that we need, including Time Off and compensation functions. Humi streamlined our operational services, thereby reducing stress, workload, and creating a happier administration/operational team.

consider what your needs are ... something that keeps your organization operationally slim will help your organization

no app for people outside of Canada

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

the features are limited but easy to use if you need an advanced ATS or detailed performance review features then you will have to reconsider

PTO management, absolutely a pleasure to deal with.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Missing Quebec and EHT payments.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

start with HRIS and payroll, move into other modules as needed.

Position Management Ability to control attributes of job and position titles, org structure and charting, job descriptions, and roles and responsibilities.

Payroll Administration Includes basic payroll, taxes and other deductions, check runs, deposits, and pay stubs.
