The interface for document360 is very easy to use and it offers a lot of features. The search function on the site is excellent and allows users to findn what they need quickly.

The search function on the site is excellent and allows users to find what they need quickly. All in one SaaS based platform for sharing documents and collaborating with your trams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Managing multiple users can be assigning permission may get complicated if you do not have dedicated resources working on this platform

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I have reliased that it reduces the cost, can share knowledge and get benefits.

Document360 has provided us with an environment that simplifies customer service through the use of frequently asked questions. It has also made it easier for us to help our customers and answer their queries regarding the products we offer. Document360 has helped us provide better customer service and foster better customer relationships.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In my organization we have used this tool to create discussion platforms, publish articles and manage customer relationships. It is a platform that enjoys a good user interface, ease of use and rich in useful features to understand and address the needs of our customers and improve our service we provide to our customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not support other languages and its subscription cost is quite high.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Document360 is a great platform for those who are looking for better customer service relationships through the creation of useful material such as FAQs. It is also a good platform for discussion and for answering queries associated with the products you offer to your customers. It is worth using.
