What differentiates Dialogflow from other similar products?
Dialogflow is different because it’s built by Google, understands many languages, and connects easily to other Google services. It’s great for making chatbots smarter with features like sentiment detection and speech-to-text, and it works well with apps like WhatsApp, Facebook, or your website.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Dialogflow is its ability to understand natural language so well. It makes creating chatbots feel intuitive, and its seamless integration with platforms like WhatsApp or websites saves so much time. It’s like having a smart assistant that’s easy to train and deploy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I don’t like about Dialogflow is that it can get expensive as your usage grows, and for someone new, the interface might feel a bit confusing. Also, if you want to do something really advanced, you might need to write extra code.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you’re thinking about using Dialogflow, start with the free version to see how it works. Spend some time learning how to set up intents and entities—they’re the basics of making a good bot. Use Google’s tutorials; they’re really useful. Also, keep an eye on your usage to avoid spending more than you planned.

Too complex for what it is!

What differentiates Dialogflow from other similar products?
At start its pretty easy to use, when you are making your first conversational flows you'll think you see the magic of the tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I'll say managing the conversation flow based on a script or on a pretty well defined structure is easy to do with dialog flow.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When you start making complex conversations, including data, personalization with user information or other complex tasks, it becomes a hassle to try and manage everything from dialogflow. you start looking at its deficiencies and lack of capabilities to tackle complex conversational flows, or understand some types of words, specially using other languages different from english, (like spanish).
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'll say, if what you are doing (the conversation flow) its pretty simple or well structured from the start, go ahead and try to use it. If you are doing something else, even more complex or include docs or other info in other languages, find another solution, because this one is kinda limited for medium to complex scenarios.

Dialog flow is easy to integrate with google assitance and facebook messenger . It is developed by google so it’s brand

There various aspects of but mainly is as easy to use Multiple languages support, Context management NLP support
What do you dislike most about this product?
I did not find as I dislike that. It will good it reduce the time of Suppot ETa.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Highly recommended I will recommend if you are looking for a great product for conversion agents then go for it.
