What differentiates Conga CLM from other similar products?

What sets Conga apart, for me, is how seamlessly it ties into Salesforce and other business systems, so contract data flows naturally into the tools teams already use. I also appreciate how it balances power with ease of use — it handles complex workflows and automation without feeling overwhelming. Unlike some platforms that focus only on AI or only on workflow, Conga feels like it combines both in a way that actually helps me get work done faster.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I really love about Conga is how it streamlines the entire contract process without overcomplicating things. The automation, templates, and workflow integration save me so much time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One thing that can be a bit challenging is that getting Conga fully set up and tailored to your workflows takes some effort. It requires planning and patience upfront, but once it’s in place, the platform runs smoothly, so it’s more of an initial time investment than an ongoing issue..

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say it’s best suited for medium to large teams, especially if you’re already using Salesforce. Be ready to spend a bit of time upfront on setup and customization, because that effort pays off in smoother workflows and less manual work later. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you want a platform that makes managing complex contracts easier and more efficient.
