Perfect for tracking expense after a business trip

What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

Concur supports single sign on and no separate login credentials need to be remembered to access concur Concur has mobile app support which allows to upload expense bills directly rather than scanning and uploading on the webapp

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Concur allows to create multiple items under a particular expense report and allows to upload the bills which helps to track the entire expenses incurred during a trip more granularly. Also, the expenses can be uploaded in a different foreign currency and the reimbursement is always received in the local currency

What do you dislike most about this product?

Too many features and menus which are not always required for your use case and very less training materials/videos/articles

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommended if there is a requirement for a reliable application for expense tracking incurred during business trips and with a proper approval mechanism along with a fully functional mobile app

What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

Concur is very easily uploaded into QuickBooks. It is very user friendly for all employees in the company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use and trainability to the employees.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn't anything to dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is worth the money and makes expense management much easier for payroll.

What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

The OCR feature for receipts & auto-matching with incoming credit card transactions is great

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Once you understand the quirks of the ExpenseIt feature, it's a smooth process to add expense receipts & get them completely documented without having to revisit them later.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Our expense cycle doesn't follow the calendar month, so the features in the Expense Assistance aren't totally helpful. We have to go through extra steps to get newly added ExpenseIT receipts added to the current report before we can even update the Expense Type & other field values.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a bit pricey for what it is if you're only using it for expense tracking. Shop around & understand what you're getting before committing. Pricing per expense report submitted is also unexpected.
