Board is very much flexible tool and allows me create customized dashboards and reports easily. It allows me visualize data in meaningful ways, making decision-making easier. Its drag-and-drop functionality is also intuitive and saves our lot of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have any as such awkward or bad experience working with this tool. I almost liked this tool.

Its customizable options could be improved bit more. However, they provide good options but it could be improved bit more.

It would be really helpful if there were simpler instructions and a more beginner-friendly setup to make it easier for new users to get the hang of it.
