What do you dislike most about this product?

BigTime presents a great platform with multiple tools that allow a complete job to be done from various functions, however, so much can be overwhelming in a single interface, it takes a while to correctly understand how to handle everything. The learning curve is important to recognize that it has some complexity, configuring and customizing everything as we need it took some time at first, it is undoubtedly a disadvantage of BigTime when you start on the platform. I would like to be able to have greater flexibility when assigning tasks to the project. it does not allow us to properly organize our tasks to follow and seems to limit us a bit.

It is important to take into consideration that BigTime is a platform with a high complexity at the beginning of it, it takes time to understand exactly where each tool is and the functions of these, as well as to configure and customize the platform to be implemented in the work project management system. I consider BigTime to be a great tool, with powerful functionality, which once implemented makes task management a simple process without so many inconveniences.

Well not much just few customisations BigTime lags & also it's not that cost effective for small business..

Big Time has a great user interface with a great value for price. I love the fact that it provides the variety of features and gives data insights in the form of dashboards and report forms that are very easy to comprehend even for a non data person

I dislike the customer support of Big Time because my whole purpose of using this software is to save time but customer support takes a lot of time sometimes
