What differentiates Accounting Seed from other similar products?

Accounting Seed suits our purposes as a small to mid‑market size business. We have used it primarily from an AR perspective. we have not explored the AP side of Accounting Seed. It is seamlessly integrated to Salesforce becuase it is native to Salesforce. Data is easily reportable directly in Salesforce. When I have an issue or question, customer support is quick to provide a resolution or answer. I would recommend to similar sized companies when reviewing automated accounting needs. Other

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is that Accounting Seed is fully native to Salesforce. No custom code needed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The thing I most dislike is the amount of storage data that is required for similar objects. Transactions and Financial Cube Transactions are identical objects but have separate data footprints. This weights heavily on our storage costs with Salesforce.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would suggest a side-by-side comparison of all options for your size organization. Ensure that you have all requirements documented before searching. Request product demos.

What differentiates Accounting Seed from other similar products?

Our ability to customize our experiences as our business grows and develops has made an enormous impact on our productivity. We have great relationships with our support team and they have repeatedly taken our idea for an improvement and added their own suggestions, resulting in a collaborative effort that provides more than we hoped for.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Having the power to customize our features and interactions is my favorite part of the product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't dislike anything about the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I suggest an extensive training process and empowering your people to ask questions and make suggestions.

Sometimes, the server are down but for the most part the uptime is consistent.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure it meets your needs. Our needs, on the accounts receivable side, does work for generating reports needed by our internal partners.
