Caring and Respect Are Among Top Factors in Talent Management Software Awards Based on SoftwareReviews
Cornerstone, ADP, Ceridian Dayforce, and Nortek People Management win championship status in Emotional Footprint Awards.
TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SoftwareReviews announces its 2020 Talent Management Emotional Footprint Award winners, as determined by software users, who feel that four talent management software vendors have provided them with exceptional customer experiences. According to users’ answers to questions focused on satisfaction, which have been crafted by seasoned IT industry analysts at Info-Tech Research Group, the talent management vendor champions are:
- Cornerstone
- ADP
- Ceridian Dayforce
- Nortek People Management
The Emotional Footprint Awards are showcased in an annual report, published today, featuring software reviews focused on vendor-user relationships from the users’ point of view. Key takeaways from the talent management software category highlight that vendors have done well with their customers as a result of demonstrating care and respect while providing unique features that enhance performance – without the extra charges. Software users preferred the award-winning talent management vendors the most for these reasons.
Different from human capital management software, talent management focuses on the relationship between an organization and its people. Rebecca Factor, senior research analyst at Info-Tech Research Group, says, “Talent Management software is becoming foundational for an organization's HR operations and overall strategy. Vendors in this space continue to innovate in order to maximize the efficiency of HR departments and improve employee experiences.”
Cornerstone took the number-one championship spot for being the most caring, respectful, and transparent with their users, and for having the most client-friendly polices. These traits coupled with Cornerstone’s ability to continually improve while not charging customers for product enhancements made users very satisfied. ADP earned top position for saving users time, enhancing users’ performance, and demonstrating altruism. Ceridian Dayforce did consistently well across the board, earning the number-two championship spot for over delivering on promises and including product enhancements, and appreciating users’ duties at work. Nortek People Management earned top-product status for being effective and fair with users, for over delivering and inspiring users.
About the Emotional Footprint Diamond and Emotional Footprint Awards
The Emotional Footprint Diamond illustrates the customer experience with software vendors, showing a complex relationship spanning procurement, implementation, service and support. The Net Emotional Footprint of a vendor is a result of aggregated emotional response ratings in the areas of service, negotiation, product impact, conflict resolution, and strategy and innovation, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and its product from the software users’ point of view. The data published in the Emotional Footprint Diamond is collected from real users through authentic software review surveys and meticulously verified for veracity. The survey uses standard net promoter scoring (positive percentage minus negative percentage) to arrive at the Net Emotional Footprint score. These skillfully crafted survey questions are informed by two decades of IT research and advisory.
Vendors with top user scores receive the Emotional Footprint Award. The Emotional Footprint Awards, an initiative proudly founded in 100% user-review data, is free of traditional components such as market presence and analyst opinion, which are opaque in nature and may be influenced by vendor pressure, financial or otherwise.
