What differentiates SS&C Blue Prism Enterprise from other similar products?

From a security perspective this is the best RPA tool in the market, every action is automatically logged and this will provide audit trail.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite is the Intelligent execution technology, we can prioritize the bots based on the criticality and SLA. For critical process we can provide access to the business to the control room so that they will be able to get the real time status of the critical process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I felt like they are way behind the AI/ML side compared to other RPA tools and Onboarding the tool is also bit complex compared to other RPA tools. Also the online community is a sleeping community not that active.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For finance related process this is the best RPA tool.

What differentiates SS&C Blue Prism Enterprise from other similar products?

Its scalability, flexibility and security, differentiates it from other software, it can adapt to the changing needs of our organization, allowing the implementation of robots in different areas of the company. In addition, its robust security architecture ensures the protection of confidential data and the integrity of automated processes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The software has enabled us to optimize our operations by implementing software robots that perform repetitive, rule-based tasks quickly and accurately, including automating back-office processes such as records management, reporting and data reconciliation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Despite its many advantages, SS&C Blue Prism Enterprise has minor drawbacks, such as the initial learning curve for users with no process automation experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

SS&C Blue Prism Enterprise has been an effective solution for improving operational efficiency and productivity in our organization. I recommend it because it helps improve operational efficiency, reduce errors and increase the productivity of our employees.
