For businesses heavily invested in SAP solutions, SBW's tight integration offers a significant advantage

While powerful within SAP, SBW's integration with non-SAP systems might be less user-friendly and require more customization

What differentiates SAP Business Workflow from other similar products?

Embedded in SAP systems so that workflows run where data is. Strong audit trails and compliance support. Highly reliable and scalable for large enterprises with high transaction volumes. Automates approval and task routing for various departments in an organisation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automation of critical approvals. Tight integration with SAP directly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Doesn't go with non-SAP users. UI is outdated, needs improvement like modern ones. Not ideal for processes outside SAP system.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your organisation runs heavily on SAP and wants to automate approvals and internal processes, SAP Business Workflow would be a great choice. However, there are more reliable options with no-code and AI features.
