What differentiates MicroBiz from other similar products?
MicroBiz comes with a wide variety of features, helping users to streamline and organize operations by automating order and inventory management. MicroBiz Cloud is best suited for retail businesses with multiple registers or store locations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
MicroBIz is easy to learn and use. It allows to maintain an order and update related information e.g. offering discount or promotion. It allows to get historical sales data of any item; customer history may also been reviewed any time; manage sales tax; manage distribution of free gift cards. It has different features of reporting, data filtering, configurable with QuickBooks, purchasing, receiving, inventory adjustment, reorder points,
What do you dislike most about this product?
MicroBiz needs to improve technical support by quick response and widening their user guide. To get old data from previous system cannot be automated but manually which takes excessive time and energy. It may be integrated with Magento but limited to only Magento 1; I had to work around regarding some Magento plug-in conflicts.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
MicroBiz Cloud is a great web-based POS and inventory management system designed for small to mid-sized businesses. It has modern features enabling retailers to compete in today's marketplace. It integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks Online and the WooCommerce ecommerce platform.
