What is your favorite aspect of this product?

we recently used it to document our code deployment process, identifying redundant steps we streamlined afterward

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting visuals feel outdated and lack the polish seen in other process improvement tools, which can make presenting findings to stakeholders less engaging.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Epiance is an excellent tool. My tip: start by analyzing repetitive processes, then gradually introduce automation to save time and resources
